THERE IS NO COLLUSION!

This, 12 pages and not one ounce of collusion. Sorry libtards...the election still stands and despite your rhetoric, Trump will STILL be president

I was mocking Trump, not saying there is no collusion. LOL

Brace yourselves trumpkins , the time has come to show your commitment to the rule of law and patriotism that you so often claim to be viscerally attached to .

Trump wasn't indicted; Manafort was. idiot.

Ah ! When the red state education didn't come with a reading comprehension course .how's MAGA coming along in the Midwest and south?

They both laundered money. This indictment also illustrates to Trump that Mueller knows how to engage in financial forensics and use it in a legal proceeding.

So, let me get this straight.
If your best childhood friend was caught embezzling than, you, as his friend, would also be guilty?
I know how badly you want your statement to be true, but just saying it does not make it so.

PP, it really is so much more complex than your example. It is merely a wedge to see what's inside the vault of Trump's dealings in general.

1.Trump ran much of the campaign with his own money.

2. Manafort (and Trump associates) have been PAID with that money.

3. They have now established the charges for subpoenas to officially trail that money (although they already have the routes established starting with Cyprus banks and others.

4. If Trump used his "personal accounts" (versus business accounts) to fund this campaign, the trail of Trump's money shenanigans will be laid wide open.

These prosecutors ALWAYS find something if it's criminal indictment, even if it's a small amount of money.

I would wager they already see the money but need subpoena power to backtrack to it. They really are rabid about this sort of thing.

ONE MORE TIME....

(Conspiracy Against The United States)

37. Paragraphs 1 through 30 and 32 through 36 are incorporated here.

38. From in or about and between 2006 and 2017, both dates being approximate and inclusive, in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, the defendants PAUL J. MANAFORT, JR., and RICHARD W. GATES III, together with others, knowingly and intentionally conspired to defraud the United States by impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful governmental functions of a government agency, namely the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury, and to commit offenses against the United States, fo wit, the violations of law charged in Counts Three through Six and Ten through Twelve.

39. In furtherance of the conspiracy and to effect its illegal object, MANAFORT and GATES committed the overt acts noted in Count Eleven and the overt acts, among others, in the District of Columbia and elsewhere as set forth in paragraphs 9, 16, 17, 20-25, 32, and 34-36, which are incorporated herein.

And there it is. They will have similar communications on servers somewhere that will have been sent to Trump directly, in all likelihood.

As the noose tightens, someone (probably someone small--a John Dean type) will crack and say they "were only following Trumpnut's orders". And just like any defendant faced with these types of charges, Trump will go down, hard. It will take time, though. Tincture of time and diligence, which Mueller has in spades.

Mueller has as much time as it takes for President Trump to decide to fire him, issue pardons and shut down this “investigation”.

President Trump has too many people holding him back because they’re too cautious and worried about their own reputations. Maybe President Trump is waiting for Ed Gillespie to win next weeK, but that Friday afternoon he should move and take everyone down.

Pardon Manafort et al. Fire Mueller. Arrest Hillary, Podesta, Huma, and Nancy. Detain all football players who kneel. Show America who’s boss.

Arresting all of the "kneelers" should be top priority. How dare they disrespect our song.

No, not anymore. Too many people are serious in their craziness. But thanks for not being one of them.

Donald J Trump@realdonaldtrump

Sorry, but this is years ago, before Paul Manafort was part of the Trump campaign. But why aren't Crooked Hillary & the Dems the focus?????

....Also, there is NO COLLUSION!

His tiny hands are grasping at straws

Straws they arranged a pretty shape so that he was distracted.

Sure. Right. Of course.

Did you read the Papadopoulos statement? I would strongly advise doing so if you are still saying no collusion.

https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4163402/Papadopoulos-Statement-Offense.pdf

We haven't yet seen any evidence of Trump being aware of his campaign manager and foreign policy advisor's illegal acts, but that's one of the open questions still: what did he know and when did he know it. What we know for certain now is that Papadopoulis was colluding with the Russians, and that Manafort had illegal financial dealings with the Russians.

When they have big fish stuff, they don't need the small fish.

Apparently small fish is all they got.

Waste o' time and money.

Bigger fish would have leaked. For sure. Agreed

Thank you, fellow sane person.
Mueller isn't going to play tax games with Manafort if he has anything of substance on any big fish. This isn't a long range 3 D chess game. Mueller has been investigating a long time, and this is all he could come up with.

But by all means, the babies here can continue cooing and reaching for the shiny object. Apparently real life holds no lure for them. Fantasy land, engage!

Historically, this is an INSANELY short time for indictments to start rolling out. But I guess we'll see if "this is all he could come up with." I suggest finding some crow recipes.

How long did Watergate take, six years?

Umm no. The Watergate breaking happened in conjunction with the 1972 campaign. Nixon resigned in late summer 1974. So— less than 2 years.

What took six years was the tortured trail from 20-year-old land deal to lying about a blow job.
