THERE IS NO COLLUSION!

This, 12 pages and not one ounce of collusion. Sorry libtards...the election still stands and despite your rhetoric, Trump will STILL be president

Sure. Right. Of course.

Did you read the Papadopoulos statement? I would strongly advise doing so if you are still saying no collusion.

We haven't yet seen any evidence of Trump being aware of his campaign manager and foreign policy advisor's illegal acts, but that's one of the open questions still: what did he know and when did he know it. What we know for certain now is that Papadopoulis was colluding with the Russians, and that Manafort had illegal financial dealings with the Russians.

Ok. Sure. Of course.

Ok, just had to get that out. What do we think the significance of this is? Will Manafort and this Gates guy basically be the scapegoats and nothing else will happen in terms of arrests? Or were they just the first people to fall?

Have to wait until we see the indictment. If it's just Manafort's usual dirty dealings, this will be good news for Trump. If there is any Russian connection - that will be bad.

If the charges are for Manafort's "usual dirty dealings", the next question becomes, how did he become Trump's campaign manager?

Because Trump only hires the best, you see. The best.

Anything negative is fake news. This is just the media being mean again.

Has Trump tweeted yet?

In another news trump has spent the whole Monday morning watching TV:

President Trump has spent the morning being updated on the various indictments from his private residence on the top floor of the White House, a person familiar says. He's also been watching coverage of the bombshell on cable from the large screen TVs that have been installed in some of the rooms.

His legal team has briefed him there rather than in the Oval Office.

He was first due in the West Wing at 11 a.m. for his daily intelligence briefings, followed by a meeting with Rex Tillerson meant as preparation for the upcoming trip to Asia.

I am glad that a president of US gets his TV time every Monday morning

Oh this could be it. Trump just didn't know. Nobody told him and he didn't see the information sitting somewhere.

Dem here that voted for Hillary. If Podesta et al did anything illegal, I hope they all get charged and prosecuted, including Hillary if there’s is any connection.

Can any Trumper say the same statement about Manafort? Why is it so hard to want justice?

Yes, Trump is VERY AFRAID. He has hired Ty Cobb. Yes, that Ty Cobb's 83rd once removed cousin, so, yeah.. (LOL) Trumpnuts is hemorrhaging legal fees to a senior Hogan Lovell partner, top firm, top lawyer. Not because he expects to merely hold Justice's feet to the fire--he will--but to arrange a settlement for prison sentence time when it comes. Only a K street firm can do that. Once these things go to criminal charges, you really are toast, it's just a matter of how toasted.

That's going to go down in history in the same place as "Mexico will pay for the wall."

True. All Manafort did was evade taxes. By laundering money from a Ukrainian political party. A Ukrainian political party aligned with Russia and Putin.

So, yeah, just taxes. Sure.

Oh be serious. You know Trump just incurs legal fees; he does not actually pay the bills.

Yes. If Manafort is dirty, he’s a big boy and should go down for it.

But so far none of this has to do with Trump it his campaign.

Jeff removed the Podesta link again because he’s not like you or I.

He doesn’t want his dirty people to go down. He’s happy to pitchfork and torch only the other side and cover for the Podestas.

Dirty is dirty, regardless of party.

So where’s the info connecting this to Trump?

"The Podesta Group was representing a Ukrainian nonprofit, the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine, as it sought to counter the Obama administration's critical stance toward Ukraine's pro-Russia government and Congress' growing annoyance with Ukraine's leaders.
In addition to its undisclosed contacts with the State Department, the Podesta Group did not disclose some contacts it had between 2012 and 2014 with Vice President Joe Biden's office, the National Security Council and Congressional offices, the records show.
The Podesta Group said some of those contacts were not "lobbying" efforts but public relations, which firms are not required to report to Congress."

To the PP who call Jeff a "baby", did you even read your quote?

Not to derail but, The CNN quote doesn't help your argument against HRC. What does it matter what a consulting firm did to work against the Obama stance against Russia's pro-Russian Ukraine government while HRC was SOS? Hilary was working against the Russians then as SOS. Are you suggesting she worked with them with the help of Podesta during her campaign?

The CNN article doesn't say what you think it says. Are you just drunk and unable to follow what the article actually says?

I don’t see any R defending Manafort. I just see people correctly stating that this far, none of this implicates Trump.
