I'm no legal nerd, but it appears to me that the p.r. and lobbying companies working with Manafort and cronies could very well be absolved of any wrongdoing since Manafort was not forthcoming -- neither to DOJ nor the firms -- regarding the connection between the Centre in Belgium and Yanukovych and the Party of Regions.

Indictment of a campaign manager is pretty serious shit - this gets at what was going on during the campaign.

Brace yourselves trumpkins , the time has come to show your commitment to the rule of law and patriotism that you so often claim to be viscerally attached to .

Donald J Trump@realdonaldtrump

It always starts with the minions. We have seen the Nixon movie before.

It is becoming clear to me that no matter what happens, Trumpers are wholly fixated on HRC. Trump could go to prison and they would be talking about HRC and Benghazi or Podesta or some such none sense. Fox has permanently damaged their brains. Forever.

Looks like it goes up to 2015 according to this.

Let’s get the Podesta group I do as well, I’m sure you’ll see a tie-in

For real! I don't much like Hillary myself, but I find it amazing how much power she holds over these people!

Read paragraph 38 - it clearly says 2006 to 2017 - this is currently year 2017.

This, 12 pages and not one ounce of collusion. Sorry libtards...the election still stands and despite your rhetoric, Trump will STILL be president

Sure. Right. Of course.

What do you think this is alluding to? Please explain the dates and the "WITH OTHERS".

(Conspiracy Against The United States)

37. Paragraphs 1 through 30 and 32 through 36 are incorporated here.

38. From in or about and between 2006 and 2017, both dates being approximate and inclusive, in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, the defendants PAUL J. MANAFORT, JR., and RICHARD W. GATES III, together with others, knowingly and intentionally conspired to defraud the United States by impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful governmental functions of a government agency, namely the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury, and to commit offenses against the United States, fo wit, the violations of law charged in Counts Three through Six and Ten through Twelve.

39. In furtherance of the conspiracy and to effect its illegal object, MANAFORT and GATES committed the overt acts noted in Count Eleven and the overt acts, among others, in the District of Columbia and elsewhere as set forth in paragraphs 9, 16, 17, 20-25, 32, and 34-36, which are incorporated herein.

They both laundered money. This indictment also illustrates to Trump that Mueller knows how to engage in financial forensics and use it in a legal proceeding.

So, let me get this straight.
If your best childhood friend was caught embezzling than, you, as his friend, would also be guilty?
I know how badly you want your statement to be true, but just saying it does not make it so.

PP, it really is so much more complex than your example. It is merely a wedge to see what's inside the vault of Trump's dealings in general.

1.Trump ran much of the campaign with his own money.

2. Manafort (and Trump associates) have been PAID with that money.

3. They have now established the charges for subpoenas to officially trail that money (although they already have the routes established starting with Cyprus banks and others.

4. If Trump used his "personal accounts" (versus business accounts) to fund this campaign, the trail of Trump's money shenanigans will be laid wide open.

These prosecutors ALWAYS find something if it's criminal indictment, even if it's a small amount of money.

I would wager they already see the money but need subpoena power to backtrack to it. They really are rabid about this sort of thing.
