If you decide you can't move forward with that parent, you don't put out a press release stating the kids are the reason. It's a shitty thing to do to them.

She's asking for sole custody so she can dictate where the kids live and can move them wherever/whenever she wants. If they have joint custody, she can't do that.

No way. She never would have asked for joint legal custody and for Brad to have visitation of the children in her divorce papers if this was remotely true.

I didn't say she would get it, or that he wouldn't contest (unless she does have something on him like the pedophile sex ring, which I do not believe is Pitt). I'm just saying that' s a reason for trying to get it. It makes life a lot easier if you want to move across the country or world if you don't have to get the father's permission.

I'm going to watch this whole thing play out but I don't really care. I just hope this isn't an ugly and revealing divorce for the sake of the children. Their children being home-schooled is a saving grace and I think someone on twitter said they are in Cambodia (probably not true).

With 6 kids, tutors, nannies, traveling all over the world, he should be paying for part of that. They are his kids too. It is insulting to him and the kids that she is not asking him to pay child support.
