Also, the kind of woman my husband would likely pick out at the PTA function and use to taunt me. "How come you don't look like that? She manages to earn a ton of money, has great kids and is thin and beautiful. Look how fast she lost her baby weight!"

I suspect there is one of these at most schools and that she serves the same function in relation to the other parents and other parent's marriages.

Wow! Your husband is a dick. You should call him out on that. Alternately, you could talk about how hot the other dads are and tell him you want to have sex with them.

Or that you did have sex with them

I come from a family of doctors and am married to one as well. There are plenty of doctors who use recreational drugs.
My own brother and his work friends are high many weekends (pot and coke) and they're all ER doctors.

Not at a decent ER. Not a chance

I absolutely agree. My friend from HS is an ER doc, and went to a great med school. Parties a lot and drinks and drives.

I dated a plastic surgeon that was doing a stint at an ER and all of his friends - the "Persian Surgeons" as they referred to themselves - did drugs, mostly pills and cocaine, and then gave themselves IVs every morning. Super, super, super common for young doctors, even very smart ones, even very good ones.

No, it is not sup with super common, don't be ridiculous.

Blow is the most overrated drug of all time. I'd rather snort Adderall, same effect but much more fun.

Nothing gorgeous about a coke head.

Interesting.... i met a persian surgeon who thought very highly of himself and said he had a threesome with 2 other med students a guy and girl. So drugs and promiscuous sex for these "smart" people. If they need heavy drugs to live up to their family's standards and their personal greed then what kind of person are they really? are they even that smart for doing it?

Explains why when we took our 2-year-old screaming in pain - our pediatrician on call could hear her screaming and suggested ER. Anyway= NO ONE there for ER but we wait 2 hours. Finally see a Dr who clearly thinks are overactive parents to take our child to ER. He makes us wait us wait another hour- there was NO ONE there.. seriously , a freak of nature that we were alone. Anyway- my child's ear drum got ruptured after we got the aok annd suffered so much and now has hearing issues. The chief of the hospital "reimbursed our ER cost" which frankly is meaningless/

No, it's a very well respected major US trauma center. Top 10 residency program.

There are, after all, black jewish people. As far as I understand from the little I know of judaism, there is no real concept of race. A "we are all human" sort of thing. Which is ironic because the black jewish community that is living in Israel has to deal with discrimination.

My kid is. Half Polish/Russian Ashkenazi and half one-drop rule AA.

Of course, it does. Plenty of ugly chicks OD each and every day. Only the hot ones make the headlines. Sadly, this is the world we live in.

Your kid is definitely not. Polish and Jewish are ethnicity. "AA" is not. Unless you can cite an actual ethnic make-up of the African party, it's black and white.
