Pull 85 from waitlist, or pull until 85 accepted?

You're welcome. My DD turned down her spot

It says "number of offers" so not sure.

Rumor is Emory is going to add them to its new Cambridge campus, which is actually located in Cambridge, MA, but nowhere near the campuses of either MIT or Harvard.

Cambridge is awesome, even if nowhere near Harvard or MIT. The neighborhoods in Boston are small so you can walk or take public transport anywhere/everywhere.

That's awesome. Do these kids get admitted to Atlanta or Oxford or both?

This is so weird to me, because our good family friend's kid will be attending Emory Oxford (was not admitted to Atlanta) as an RD admit, but he would love to be able to attend Atlanta instead. Not sure why a waitlisted candidate should get into Atlanta over my friend's kid.

Because your friend's kid has already accepted Oxford campus and committed. They are looking to lock in revenue and will have an easier time getting the committment to main campus.
