This thread is a bunch of ignorant whiners lumping 5 distinct breeds into a catch-all title for clickbait, then scraping every possible scrap of evidence from across the country, and even internationally, trying to justify a point that is basic at it's root: poorly trained, poorly handled dogs can cause damage. Your BS about how it's "in their DNA" is more of the same garbage non-logic. Every dog can "snap". Bully breeds aren't different somehow "in their DNA". Stupid owners make dangerous dogs. Stupid posters make dangerous disinformation threads. |

This article is inconclusive, at best. Using it as a point about how awful pit bulls are, when the dog isn't even confirmed pit, is a weak argument. Like most of this thread. |

MASS ATTACK by two pit bulls, May 26, 2024
Literally, these dogs managed to attack or bite at least six people; the article gets a little sketchy when they get to the part about the congregation coming out of their church service and trying to help an attack in progress. That's horrific, and speaks more to the nature of overcrowded "no kill" shelters not euthanizing a dangerous dog than that particular breed. Also runs contrary to the whole "they bite and don't let go" argument. |

So the more accurate headline is: "idiot owner leaves dogs unsecured, kills man" Are you lobbying for stronger penalties for idiot owners, or just blaming the (believed to be) pit bulls? |
