I read comments that the president or a presidential candidate can't be charged with crimes. If that is true, please help my boggled mind understand it. No matter what party you are affiliated with, you should think that is bad.

Putting this together with the fact that the DOJ Chief of Counterintelligence and Export Control visited Mar-A-Lago in June leads one to believe that they're looking at more than violations of the Presidential Records Act.

Because she turned over an image of the entire server. It's been over 18 months and he was still intentionally not complying. That's a huge distinction.

Another distinction is that the classified documents she was deemed to have had were retroactively classified as secret and could be counted on one hand. He had hundreds of documents that were code word classified at the time he took them. That's three more huge distinctions.
