In Las Vegas, one loner misfit freak shot 411 people (killing 61) in a matter of minutes. Mass shooters just LOVE assault rifles. There really is no substitute.

No they prefer handguns.

Also here's more government stats on it, 77% of the time a handgun was used.

We have all kinds of gun violence issues.

Raise the minimum age.
Implement universal background checks & red-flag laws.
Let LEO fight gun trafficking.

Common sense gun control will help reduce gun violence all around.

To actually get guns off the streets of our violent cities, there’s one common sense tactic: stop and frisk. But we are told no can do.

I guess then we’d also have to pull over every red-neck truck or car with “don’t tread on me” plates and search their vehicle. Cops will be busy.

Got it. You really aren’t serious about reducing guns and gun violence in our inner cities. Typical of the left.

I want to deal with ALL of the gun violence. Don’t you?

Very easy ways to reduce gun violence:
1) Raise the minimum age.
2) Implement universal background checks & red-flag laws.
3) Let LEO fight gun trafficking.

You can get behind those if they reduce “city violence”, right?

Or maybe you don’t want to fix it because then you can’t complain about “violent cities”.

Teens shooting other teens aren't passing background checks and aren't able to leaglly buy handguns already.

All for more straw purchase enforcement though.

As long as gun owners and manufacturers are paying for it.

Here is what LEOs have asked for to address “city violence”:

- Pass the Gun Trafficking Prevention legislature which includes enforcement measures at every link in the illegal chain of custody of a trafficked firearm;
- Create comprehensive background checks on all firearm sales, regardless of the venue or type of seller;
- Lift ATF restrictions on oversight and enforcement of gun dealers;
- Increase ATF resources, manpower, and enforcement of current firearm trafficking laws;
- Regulate and track online sales of all firearms;
- Lift restrictions on firearm sale recordkeeping, data access, and reporting;
- Increase federal prosecution of gun trafficking and illegal gun possession offenses;
- Increase federal law enforcement collaboration with local and state law enforcement agencies across regions

Call your representatives and tell them you want them to support LEOs and you want them to fight gun trafficking.

LEO = racist law enforcement organizations, which really need to be defunded.

face it, gun control is dead

outside of the DC bubble, there were a new 30 million gun owners created during covid.

The AWB made the democrats lose power for more than a decade, they are stupid to try it again, but we will see. Even back in 1990, when the US was less divided, it only went through with a sunset provision. There is no way it will pass today.

Not 30 million new owners - most of those are the same hoarders who've packed all along.

no, the growth in new gun owner is estimated to be around 10-30 million over the past 3-4 years. A huge demographic growth is the young men who got into FPS through video games -> airsoft and now tactical weapons.
https://www.newsweek.com/americans-under-30-have-rapidly-turned-against-gun-control-laws-poll-finds-1587154

All of the growth in new gun ownership is coming from young men, across all races and education.

So called city violence is just white supremacist label on activities that don't conform with euro-centric social norms.

just means the right will take power by force when the time comes. The side that has the most young men with guns win.

We all lose. We are a brainwashed society to believe that we are the greatest country when we accept this sort of daily devastation.

I think you’re wrong. Don’t discount parents. They are a force.
