| Biden will get the large share of the blame over this debacle but the blame really goes to Shumer for ignoring Manchin's demands for months and keeping everyone in the dark. Can also blame Ron Klain for empowering the progressives in the house. |

Set up a new bill with just environmental concerns and climate change and I'll support it. Throw in a MagLev train with no fossil fuel energy use too please. |

I’m a republican and I’d support a climate change bill too. At or less than 5%. Lots of tax incentives for alternative energy in homes and vehicles. Grants to companies for development of missing technologies. Just make sure people like Pelosi don’t benefit with stock trading on these deals that they have so much control over. |
