+1. A place with stalls -- basically a giant food court where the food-truck types would come and setup good stuff.

another good bagel place along Elden St. in Herndon. . .

ever since Einstein left, there is NOTHING unless you venture on down close to Reston, and the one on the corner of Elden and H. Parkway is always TOO crowded, and the Einstein across from Reston Town Center is also a) packed, b) doesn't toast their bagels enough, c) has a bad parking lot.
