It's a long read, but Trump waxes poetic on topics such as the war in Iran, men in women's sports, and transgender mutilation - he even tells the kids not to listen to that part.

At this point many of us have gotten used to the way he sounds...but reading his words on the page is truly mind-blowing.

Biden slowed down physically. He was not demented. Also we had a functioning administration with competent people in Cabinet and other positions. He's fallen asleep in front of the cameras while standing or sitting several times recently. You can pretty much guarantee that if anyone other than him is talking for more than a few minutes, he will fall asleep on camera.

He's been receiving infusions of medication through veins in his hand. Generally over time veins become damaged and doctors need to switch to different veins. It makes sense that they would use the other hand.

His doctors state that kidney and heart failure have been ruled out, and that swelling in his hands is due to his chronic venous insufficiency, but I find that hard to believe. It mostly occurs in the lower limbs, not the hands. His overall presentation is consistent with heart failure (or possible kidney issues).

Usually infusions in the hands are avoided in favor of ones in the arms, but given that this is the President, it's likely that they are preserving his arms for emergencies. Also hand infusions don't require him to take off his jacket and roll up his sleeves.

This. My dad had heart failure and dementia, and shared similar symptoms as Trump.
