This poster notes that the White House says its own dental clinic.

I would understand that Presidents might prefer their own dentists or doctors with whom they have an established relationship, and that the medical services at the White House might be used more for small emergencies.

But of course, anything that Trump does becomes suspect, just because he lies so much and has been consistently hiding the severity of his visible medical conditions.

Sure. So, they need a ballroom bc the president can only attend events at the WH for security reasons. But, totally fine for him to go haring off to an unsecured dental office in Jupiter, FL instead of just walking down the hall at the White House.

They won't. Unless Trump is in a coma he can just say "I'm better now" to take back the presidency...and it would take a 2/3 majority in both houses of Congress to put Vance back in charge.

Fronto temporal dementia, which Trump probably has, can affect gait, as can a stroke (which he likely had months ago and which causes him to swing one of his legs and makes it hard for him to walk straight.)
