So let's force a woman to go through the pain and trauma and potential physical complications of full childbirth because the doctor was just making things up?

Meanwhile making women go through the last 3-4 months of a non-viable pregnancy potentially means they’ll never get pregnant again, especially for women toward the end of their fertile years where every month of ttc counts.
