+1
With the occasional interjection of a sane and balanced comment. I glance in every 5 pages or so to see if there's any new information. Nope. Just new nasty comments.
Could you point out one such sane and balanced comment? Please and thanks.

Debate’s over (and you all did exceptionally bad at that stage too), but now you’re squarely in deplorable territory. You’re hypothetical questions and demand for explanation from ppl on the internet is meaningless, and your degrading comments carry no weight coming from a group of butthurt ppl throwing the equivalent of a toddler’s tantrum, with a sometimes racist twist. Again, sad, bad look, and ultimately counterproductive. You might get momentary pleasure when you post a comment, but it’s not doing what you think it’s doing. Like junk food.
Got you taking time from your loving family to responding to our sad posts. How sad is that? Us racist Clarksburg people will now join the equally racist SVHS people and together we will wreak havoc on source of our contempt, “those kids”.
Remember nothing is permanent. The BOE may have won this battle but the war is far from over. Clarksburg kids will return the Clarksburg.

The only Clarksburg people who are upset about this are the ones who live in Cabin Branch. The rest of the people who live in Clarksburg don't care.

Which is why they generated Keep Clarksburg in Clarksburg signs and turned out in massive numbers at the recent BOE hearing? Most Cabin Branch families are not very politically savvy or vocal. Once this news dropped those people started making arrangements to sell their homes or looked in private schools.

"They" = people who live in Cabin Branch, yes.

If people who live in Cabin Branch want to sell their homes or send their children to private school on the basis of this rezoning, then that's their decision.

I assure you the majority of the people being activists were not from Cab Branch. People are so quick to dismiss another persons plight here because it doesn't affect them. MARTIN NIEMÖLLER said it best:

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

OK, that is really the living end.

You are comparing the rezoning of Cabin Branch from Rocky Hill MS/Clarksburg HS to Neelsville MS/Seneca Valley HS to the Shoah.

I'm going to ask Jeff to lock the thread.

Are you actually comparing a change of high school feeder pattern to the HOLOCAUST?

That's....something.

People outside of CB and Milestone don't have skin in the game in terms of the NES part of the rezoning. The argument and the reference doesn't appear to have logic. I thought I would be inspired by it, however, just baffled.

There is no war. Sad that you think there is. If you ever had been to war, you would know the difference. Very sad that you are looking to degrade a situation instead of trying to build one up. Shame on you.

There is a war. Cabin Branch just found out. They showed up to a gun fight with steak knives. Stay ignorant my friend. Ignorance is bliss.

By not trying to build up the situation, you hurt EVERYONE especially the kids that you say that you represent. In war, no one wins, only degrees of losing. You obviously have never been to war. Again, shame on you if you are taking this as such.
