Yes I do, and the online selection if fabulous. I buy tops for under my suits and pants for work. Not suits and very very rarely jackets. i have to put $ into those. I believe whether it's jcrew or jcp, the clothing is made in the same countries, so please pass the savings on to me. This was justified when I bought an overpriced blouse at jcrew and within two washings I noticed a pin hole on the cuff.
Anyone else a secret budget shopper?

Huh? I don't get why this needs to be shameful? Honestly I love their new ad campaign and the clothes look really stylish (and obviously, very cheap). But there is no JC Penny that is anywhere I'd ever go and I'd like to feel the quality of the clothes and try on for sizing before ordering online, so I haven't ordered anything.

I think OP is just sort of kidding. I buy clothes at Target all the time. My favorite riding boots are from Target.

Many people are stunned that I would wear clothes from Target.

I love JCP clothes. Buying stuff from them this week. I have the 20% off in my purse.

How? I've twice tried and after trawling through the hundreds of selections, I received an email explaining that everything was out of stock and would take 3 weeks to arrive! I quickly canceled my order.

I want to shop at jcpenney.com but the website is awful.

I care less for a brand of clothing as long as it is priced well, stylish and the quality is good. Unfortunately it is a common problem now to find anything well made.

I don't have much time to actually shop in stores, but I have been into JCP for my kids clothes (they have a really cute selection of basic stuff which does not have bunnies or bears on it) and I have observed some cute women's clothes. Haven't had time to dig deeper, but on the surface, way cute. Probably well-priced.

At the mall I go to, the most convenient entrance for me is JC Penney, because it pops out right in front of the food court/carousel. And I admit it: when we walk in through JC Penney, I often see a LOT of cute clothes. Much cuter than you'd expect when you think JC Penney. So don't even have shame!

I am budget shopper and there is no secret about it! My favorite dress department is at Lord and Taylor, however, you can often find several of the same dresses at the Marshall's in Tysons. Actually, even if you buy it at Lord and Taylor, you can always get a deal of some sort!
