Anyone here not attend an Ivy/SLAC and still having a happy productive life?

Lol, yes! Not only didn't I attend an Ivy, I didn't even attend a 4-year school. Imagine that.

I did not, but manage several people who did. I work in international business development and a good portion of my colleagues attended Thunderbird and the University of South Carolina.

Who ever said that? Show us the thread? I definitely remember people saying ivy league schools are hard to get into, but it stopped there.

Yes, I went to a small Jesuit college. I had a wonderful time, and made great friends who I still talk to 20 years later.
I was also able to get a great job right out of school.
