Baloney. Cars with modern emissions systems are cleaner than ever. Either the fossil fuels get burned here or some third world country without catalytic converters, oxygen sensors and OBD II. |
| Big yenta energy - rbg difi they are all like this |
I am quite the liberal democrat, and I saw this photo earlier and just sort of gasped. It's time to go. This is difficult to watch. It might be her sense of duty but I sort of doubt it. Power is a drug. |
Ok but I heard that she won’t be replaced on the committee if she leaves this term. |
They claim it's shingles. That's a stroke face. |
She has had a long successful political life, and I'm sure she identifies strongly with her work and wants to finish out her term with grace. She also looks totally devastated by shingles, her poor eye and face! She is a tough bird and I appreciate her commitment to her job. |
The redness in her eyes and cheeks say shingles. |
| It was beyond ridiculous when Strom Thurmond was wheeled around the Senate like a weekend at bernie's skit, and the current situation with Feinstein is equally ridiculous. The woman is not capable of fulfilling her duties and she hasn't been for some time. It is ridiculous of Schumer and the others to act otherwise. |
It’s a bit too late to worry about “leaving with grace,” dontcha think? |
It sure looks like it. |
Then not the only current senator recovering from a stroke. She needs to be treated equitably. |
She can't be replaced on committee if she resigns unless the democrats end the filibuster, which they won't. She put the senate in the position when she ran for reelection as an 83 year old and again when she kept her committee seats for this session. These elderly politicians need to learn how to retire with their legacy intact because if she can't vote in committee, cementing a republican judiciary will end up being her legacy |
+1 This is all about Feinstein thinking about herself and not about the larger picture. Like RBG, Feinstein will end up dead with a damaged legacy. |
+1 Sadly true |
