Ivana ABSOLUTELY claimed Trump raped her, as you know. She swore to it in a deposition during their divorce. The final divorce settlement contained an NDA. After the divorce, Ivana was writing a veiled novel about their marriage when Trump's lawyers showed up and threatened to invalidate the divorce settlement, taking $25 million away from her, because they said she was violating the NDA. Trump took this all the way to the NY State Supreme Court, so unhappy was he at the prospect of Ivana talking about their marriage. Because of the NDA, Ivana hasn't been able to talk about the rape since. Go read Day 2 of this thread.

I'm not bumping the thread. I'm doing something very different: creating a resource. All my posts generally go up within 10 minutes. Sure, I usually do 2-3 posts per women. The first is a header giving the day and name. The second is a cut-and-paste to give the basics of the allegation. Then I give supporting interviews or documents. With quotes, as a special gift to posters like you who would never click on the link. As I said, I want this thread to be a resource, andI want the info to be readily available, and I do this all within about 10 minutes. Then I usually sit back and watch for the rest of the day. Other people comment.

This thread obviously drives you crazy. I feel like I've succeeded.

Ok, I'll bite. What exactly supports the accusation of today's accuser? That is the problem. Today's story is very similar to a very high profile accusation in 2018 that we all are aware of. An accusation. Told others about it the alleged incident. Everyone immediately labels it as "credible". Except, in this case, it wasn't credible....and, the accused had to come up with a video to prove innocence.

New York law at the time did not explicitly prohibit security cameras in dressing rooms to “prevent theft.” But even if it had been captured on tape, depending on the position of the camera, it would be very difficult to see the man unzipping his pants, because he was wearing a topcoat. The struggle might simply have read as “sexy.” The speculation is moot, anyway: The department store has confirmed that it no longer has tapes from that time.
