According to People, Drake, along with her lawyer Gloria Allred, held a press conference Saturday in which she outlined the progression of events involving her and Trump at the golf tournament in Tahoe, California. “I am a feminist, an advocate for women’s rights, the rights for sex workers,” Drake said. “I am involved with many charities, locally and internationally. For the past five years, I’ve been involved in sex education.”

“He flirted with me and invited me to walk along the golf course with him, which I did,” she continued. “During that time he asked me for my phone number, which I gave to him. Later that evening, he invited me his room. I said I didn’t feel right going alone. So two other women came with me.

“In the penthouse suite I met Donald again,” she continued. ”When we entered the room he grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each one of us without asking permission.”

She said she and the other women left the room about an hour later without incident—but when she got back to her hotel room, she allegedly got a call from someone acting on Trump’s behalf, asking her to come back to his room. Drake claims that when she declined, Trump called her himself, inviting her to dinner, then asking “How much?” before offering her $10,000, which she also allegedly declined. Drake says she told the real estate mogul she had to return to L.A. the next day.

Also, Trump was married to Melania at the time, 2006, when he allegedly offered Drake $10,000 for a one-night-stand.

Trump willingly confessed on the Hollywood Access tape that he sexually harasses women. What else is needed for evidence? He also will be known for that tape for the rest of Time. So people of the future will always watch that and tie it to trump’s presidency. The whole world laughs at Trump and maga.

*********** SUMMER ZERVOS ***********

Allegations:

Summer Zervos, a former contestant on NBC's "The Apprentice," told reporters at an October 2016 press conference that Trump assaulted her during a 2007 meeting at The Beverly Hills Hotel.

"He then grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me again very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast," she said. "I pulled back and walked to another part of the room. He then walked up, grabbed my hand, and pulled me into the bedroom. I walked out." Zervos added that Trump thrust himself on her before she left the room.

Zervos sued Trump for defamation after he accused her of lying about the allegations. Trump's attorneys have moved to dismiss the case, arguing that, as president, he can't be sued in state court and that his remarks about his accusers are political speech. The suit is ongoing.

Trump's response:

"I vaguely remember Ms. Zervos as one of the many contestants on 'The Apprentice' over the years," Trump said in a statement. "To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago. That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I've conducted my life. In fact, Ms. Zervos continued to contact me for help, emailing my office on April 14 of this year asking that I visit her restaurant in California."

The case continues during the pandemic, according to this May 12 article from The Washington Post.

NEW YORK — Lawyers for President Trump this week reiterated their argument that a defamation lawsuit from a woman who alleges Trump groped and kissed her without consent should be halted because the president is immune from lawsuits filed in state courts while serving in office.

A new 28-page court brief, filed Monday and released publicly by the New York State Court of Appeals on Tuesday, is Trump’s latest salvo in a multi-front legal battle to limit the ability of private citizens, Congress and even law enforcement to investigate him as a sitting president.
...
Trump’s lawyers have argued that the Clinton ruling should only apply to civil lawsuits filed in federal court, like the Jones case. They argue presidents should not face lawsuits from private individuals in state courts while in office, and so Zervos’s litigation should be either dismissed or put on hold until Trump leaves office.

The release came on the same day that Trump’s lawyers argued to the U.S. Supreme Court that the president should be able to shield his tax returns and private business records from subpoenas issued by Democratic-led House congressional committees and the Manhattan district attorney. They argued the president should be immune from requests he believed were political attempts to harass.

The filing in New York was also a pointed reminder that Trump continues to quietly battle two women in court who allege he sexually assaulted them, fighting their efforts to obtain testimony and documents that could shed light on their accusations. The women, Summer Zervos and E. Jean Carroll, are among more than a dozen women who have accused Trump of unwanted physical contact in the years before he was elected.
...
Since then, the case has been slowly making its way through the New York court system. So far, lower-level state courts have rejected Trump’s immunity arguments and allowed evidence to be gathered.
...
A judge had ordered that Trump be deposed in the case, and he had been scheduled to give sworn testimony about his interactions with the California restaurant owner by Jan. 31.

But the deposition was put on hold when a panel of New York judges agreed that Trump’s immunity argument should be heard by the state’s highest court, the New York Court of Appeals. Both sides have filed written briefs in advance of oral arguments before the court.

It is not expected to be heard until early 2021, although the coronavirus pandemic may delay proceedings even further, according to a spokesman for the court — meaning that the litigation is on hold until after the November election.

Arguments in the case have centered on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Clinton v. Jones, which found that a sitting president has no immunity against civil litigation. As a result, then-President Bill Clinton sat for testimony in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by former Arkansas state employee Paula Jones.

The GOP, always: “it’s* okay when a Republican does it.

....*it being literally anything. Murder, rape, garden variety sexual assault, treason, tax fraud, kidnapping, pedophilia... literally, it’s all good when a Republican does it.”

The lack of Rep presence here, let alone acknowledgement or even outrage, is sadly typical.

Allegations:

Cassandra Searles, who represented the state of Washington at the 2013 Miss USA pageant, wrote in a June 2016 Facebook post that Trump treated herself and other female Miss USA contestants "like cattle" and had them "lined up so he could get a closer look at his property."

"He probably doesn't want me telling the story about that time he continually grabbed my ass and invited me to his hotel room," she added.

Trump's response:

Trump has not specifically denied Searles' allegations, but he has broadly denied all of the sexual misconduct accusations made against him.

Allegations:

Alva Johnson, a former Trump campaign staffer, said that Trump kissed her without her consent at a Tampa, Florida rally on August 24, 2016.

Johnson, 43, said Trump grabbed her hand and kissed her on the side of her mouth as he exited an RV outside of the rally, according to details in a new federal lawsuit and an interview with the Washington Post.

"Oh, my God, I think he's going to kiss me," Johnson said in a February 2019 interview with the Post. "He's coming straight for my lips. So I turn my head, and he kisses me right on the corner of my mouth, still holding my hand the entire time. Then he walks on out."

Johnson filed a federal lawsuit against Trump in February.

Trump's response:

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told INSIDER in a statement, "This accusation is absurd on its face. This never happened and is directly contradicted by multiple highly credible eye witness accounts."

Johnson's suit talks about witnesses who later congratulated her (paras 72-74).

And, here is more about her lawsuit.....

A former Trump campaign aide who claimed she was “forcibly kissed” by Donald Trump during his presidential bid has dropped her lawsuit over the episode.

Alva Johnson is also dropping another part of her suit that alleged the Trump campaign underpaid women and minority employees.

Johnson’s suit grabbed headlines over her assertion that Trump abruptly kissed her as he was getting ready to make a public appearance at a campaign rally in Tampa, Fla., in August 2016.

However, the outlook for the legal challenge dimmed in July when lawyers for Trump filed with the court and released publicly a video of the encounter.

Trump’s attorneys said the 15-second video, captured on cellphone by another man in the recreational vehicle in which Trump was talking with aides and supporters, showed an unremarkable, brief and friendly greeting that hardly resembled the “battery” Johnson alleged in her suit.

Trump’s lawyers also said the video showed Johnson kissing Trump, rather than the other way around.

You're such incredible hypocrites. You're always going after Biden for being touchy-feely.

Here's more from Johnson's lawyers:

“While we are disappointed in the result, we take some satisfaction in proving that Alva was telling the truth about what her employer did to her. Namely, we uncovered video evidence that shows Trump grabbing Alva by the shoulders, pulling her in to him, and kissing her in front of numerous co-workers and others,” lawyer Hassan Zavareei said. “Unfortunately, that does not appear to be enough for our judge, who has expressed a very narrow view of what constitutes battery.”
