At this point, I assume she's a domestic violence victim. I would feel more confident she was okay if she was still appearing in public--however tokenly. The fact that she does not is not normal.

This is not an adminstration that goes for the truth about anything. Her husband has publically upon several recent occasions demonstrated a real lack of respect for her.

My point is: First Lady is a weird job. It’s archaic. But it is what it is. You come to the White House you gd do your job. If she had plastic surgery and is embarrassed and waiting for it to settle, okay, fine. She does, actually. That’s pretty much the point of the First Lady (and someday, the First Gentleman). Like the British royal family, they get out there and shake hands. Or do jumping jacks with school kids. Plant a garden. Read books to school kids. And they get photographed doing it. That’s the job. So it is WEIRD that she isn’t anywhere. And one sighting from a distance by a guy who provided no further details doesn’t really answer anything.
