| Trump dispatching the national guard and somehow, police from way far away jurisdictions to arrest people in the reflecting pool area for collecting scraps of plastic is, well, pretty pathetic. |
It's authoritarian and ridiculous. JFC. People should not be arrested for this and it is not vandalism. |
+1 If we see plastic bottles or litter floating in the reflecting pool, would we also be arrested for vandalism? Is a child grabbing a pretty leaf out of the reflecting pool vandalism? This is so petty and vindictive and authoritarian, there is no defense of this BS. Every single case better get thrown out of court. |
| We’ll send the National Guard in for this and aggressively prosecute people who touch the water or debris but attacking the US Capitol was a heroic event warranting pardons and reparations? Remember, it was DoD who initially wouldn’t approve the NG for J6 response. It’s beyond lunacy… |

People forget that the wildly successful restoration of the Jefferson memorial dome started during the first Trump administration and everyone was happy.
I think because the relevant experts planned it carefully and executed it well and I don’t think he knew about it so he couldn’t be a raging D$& about it. The other thing I think is unfair is how he’s not grateful that all the vacuum people get to stand on the nice sidewalk that was part of the Obama rebuild. It used to be dirt! They’d be tracking in mud. |
The paint chips are sacred. It's like tearing off pieces of the original American flag for a keepsake. Disgraceful. |

Shroud of Turin! lol |
| He will not be made a fool |
Bwhahahaha Send National Guard to guard the algae is making himself a fool. |
He’s already a huge fool. No more work needed making him one. |
Sandwich guy redux. Trump learns nothing. |
It had been planned for 15 years before Trump took office. Trump has less than nothing to do with it. |
| Trump is saying it will have to be drained again … |
