Now is the time to express our opinions. Call our representatives. It is going to play out how it does though.

Wont help as long as democrats continue to disregard young voters. And young votes want to be healthier than previous generation dying massively from cancer. That is why overwhelming support of JFK even from never-Trumpers. A lot of moderate people are conscious about vaccine mandate for children, even though they vaccinated themselves. You can call your rep day and night, but until you hear the voters and somehow address these issues better than Faucci did, you will continue to lose.

A lot of moderate people have never known what life was like with measles, diptheria, polio, typhus, etc.

If JFK has his way, many young people won’t even reach voting age.

+1

Direct hit on the USS Credentialism. Need immediate post-nominal support. Not a drill!

Honestly, that was pretty sick

Fauci is a dam hero.

No one overwhelmingly supports brain worm heiron addict RFK Jr.

Vaccine mandates for kids are 100% the thing to do not listening to Mr Brain worm .

Hearing libs say things like “brain worm” and “Drumpf” as though it’s hilarious is like watching that lady in pink call trump a dotard

They’re citing a non-peer reviewed study which has selection bias. Sick, and making us all sicker.

I am somewhat nonplussed about that this is the rejoinder. That it is not peer-reviewed is precisely the point; the authors were (supposedly) too scared to try to publish it. The selection bias point is an important one, but people are wielding the phrase like it is conclusive. It really is more nuanced. On the one hand, it is easy to imagine (1) that the unvaccinated are more suspicious of the medical establishment and (2) people who see the doctor get fewer diagnoses for reasons other than health. On the other hand, it’s also true that healthier people go to the doctor less often, and, besides, many of the conditions of interest (like ADHD) are *not* diagnosed by a routine doctor visit.

Maybe if you're easily impressed, sure. Listening to testimony from experts doesn't confer subject matter expertise. It doesn't bestow knowledge of the theory and principles undergirding vaccines. It's like claiming expertise in detective work because you listen to a lot of true crime podcasts. Not the first time that a lawyer fancies himself an expert in an unrelated field, and it won't be the last, but it's still disappointing, and maybe even more disappointing that uncritical rubes are lapping it up.

The Marsh Family delivers:

Parody of Simon and Garfunkel:

“We”ll see measles and polio down by the schoolyard, mumps and rubella down by the schoolyard…”

They are genius but makes me want to weep.

It's not hilarious. It's really sad that a horrible heroin addict with absolutely no training is making medical decisions.

What training does he lack? He has literally the same degrees as his predecessor.

I know this is an old thread. I am reading “Housemaid”with my book club. Then I thought of this politician.

Becerra was on the House Ways and Means Committee when he was in Congress. He worked on health legislation. Kennedy took drugs and is anti-vax. Hmmmm
