I agree. People in their 50s are often a bit damaged by divorce or loss, which makes commitment at the life partner level very hard. Also, they aren't trying to have children. Younger people usually do want kids and that motivates them to find life partners. There are still plenty of great people to date and start relationships with. Some of those turn out to be life partners but most don't.

45 year old women look mature, 45 year old men look young still.
60 year old women are often out of the dating pool, 60 year old men still marry 25-35 year old women at that age and start a family.

Well, less than .1% of men in their 60s have infants so you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. No, men in their 60s are not dating women in their 20s.

The fact is, most men in their 60s are going to be too embarrassed to have sex with women in their 20s because of the changes their body is going through. Most men do need some kind of medication to have regular intercourse by the time they’re in their 60s.

62-year-old Tommy Lee married his 38-year-old wife, they are divorcing because she has been catfish by a 41-year-old rockstar who she thought she was communicating with. She married for the money, but obviously wanted sex with a younger man. You are all kidding yourselves. It would be funny if it weren’t so sad.
