I have a neighbor like this, so I believe it. I think she just puts on her mask and doesn’t take it off until she is back home (if then). |
Nope. Not angry. Annoyed perhaps. People like you trot out the "why are you angry" in attempt to shut down people who disagree with you or catch you in your nonsense. I am no longer masking unless required and I am not one of the triggered anti-masker posters. I am simply tired of people who keep making these stupid threads and attacking people who choose to mask. it's at best ignorant and at worst mean-spirited. |
I had covid over the winter, and it was horrible. I don't want to go through that again. While I haven't been masking in public places, I do not think it odd if others do.
They may have a relative at home with cancer. They may have a slow-growing lymphoma or leukemia that means they have a lowered immunity. So many reasons why they may still mask. Not really your business why! |
People still masking are total nut jobs and deserve to all be sent to an island. The end. |
You were the one that first trotted out the "why are you angry" line. How odd. No one here "attacked" maskers-- expressing confusion and concern is not an attack. |
Of course it’s an attack. |
Speaking of nut jobs, look in the mirror lately. |
Sounds fake. |
I have several and finally going through more testing and awaiting the results. Wish I was blessed with your health. |
This. We have people who still mask. Maybe they have a serious health issue. Maybe it has become a security blanket. Or maybe they have horrible acne and find masks cover it up. The real question is - why do you care? Unless they are insisting you mask, I do not see how this affects you. |
Concern and confusion for what? |
This seems fake. It’s not like fed agencies are small. How in the world would you know the coworker masks in the car alone?
If you want to see how people feel, just ask. Stop with the fake stories. |
When I see people out and about with n95 or similar I assume they have covid at this point or an illness that makes them very vulnerable.
I know a family where the kids (later elementary) are wearing cloth masks all the time. This just makes no sense to me at this point and seems sad for the kids. Cloth makes do literally nothing. |
Yes, thank you. This is just a simple question, yet for some reason, certain people in this thread became hyper-defensive. |
Who cares if someone else is masked or not? I’m a cancer patient going through chemo now. I mask when I do high risk stuff (train, airplane) and on the days that my WBC is super low. No one has batted an eye.
BTW, my cancer center told me if I get COVID, I can’t step foot in the center for at least a week until after I test negative. That sends my chemo cycle really out of whack. So if you see someone masking, give them space and grace! |
