Carnivore diet

It's working great for me. I never even knew it was possible to sleep so well. Who knew that all along my poor sleep was due to diet?

I know this diet will permanently damage your organs. Be careful.

It’s great for little midget degenerates like Joe Rogan

Yes, we do. If you looked at medical research instead of quacks on YouTube you'd know too.

LOL no way this is a thing. Has anyone tried to eat the right portions, not give in to their sugar addictions and maybe take a walk?

Have you tried stopping your medications and not give in to your depression or anxiety? Try just taking a walk or a hot bath

My husband and I have been carnivore for three years. We have resolved autoimmune and metabolic issues and at 50 and 52 are the healthiest we have been in 20 years! We are both gaining muscle with minimal training (2-3 times a week, 30 minutes) and daily weighted walks. We are on zero medications and have great energy. Our mental health has improved; productivity at work, memory etc. This has been a fountain of youth for us.
A couple of side effects we didn’t expect; whiter teeth with quicker dental appointments, no more interest in alcohol (I was a daily glass of wine drinker and he would have a drink or two every evening); huge increase in intimacy (like wow!)
Our friends are complaining about feeling older and slowing down while we are “aging backwards”. I am so grateful for carnivore.

BTW we have been open to many diets over the years and attempted veganism (clean) for almost 10 months starting in late 2019. This was not a positive way of eating for us at all and served to only aggravate our medical issues at the time.

You are insanely dangerous, ignorant and uneducated. There is zero scientific proof that eating a carnivore diet will improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Stop mocking people who are ACTUALLY following their doctor's advice based on science and research.

Stop lol-ing. You already sound like a moron without the dumb laughter. You found one example on youtube from some quack. Hardly a peer-reviewed study that would support your claims. But I'm sure Dr. Google is much more credible in your [limited] mind.
