Huh, Prep, SJC and Gonzaga all have 2024 classes with as much, if not more, talent than the Landon 2024s.

The only 2024 class that rivals Landon is Gonzaga’s - the eagles might even have the slight edge.

SJC and Prep, good classes but aren’t on par with the two schoools above.

Best 2024 player is at SJC

SJC booster - no one is denying Duenkel is the best 2024 offensive player in the area (maybe the country) but overall, SJCs 2024 is just “good”

Im sure Wes and co will bring in some ringers mid year or for their senior season to fill in the gaps.

1. Bullis- very solid 2023 class and an elite 2025 class. My favorite for the IAC champs.
2. Sjc- lost a lot with their 2022 class leaving but still have the best goalie fogo and attackmen in the area. My favorite for the wcac champs. Not a lot of competition in the wcac.
3. Landon- elite 2024 class. Overall a very good team.
4. Prep- so much talent across the board. Will the infamous madlax dc dogs be able to put it together this year?
5. STA- they have really made a name for themselves with an elite 2023 class. Dark horse for the IAC this year.
6. Dematha- very good 2023 and 2024 class and seem to have put themselves in a good spot.
7. Gonzaga- could be a dark horse for the wcac. Their 2024 class will have to carry the team with a weak 2023 class.
8- Pvi- they have lost a lot of depth and key players. They have a solid 2023 class and have a chance to make some noise.
9- SSSAS- lost almost their whole team and all of their talent and have the weakest senior class behind Gonzaga. Don’t really have any expectations for them.
10- EHS- have one good player going to uva. That’s about it.

Solid pre-season list.

I would swap Landon and Prep. Prep has a very good 2023 class while Landon does not.

DeMatha over Gonzaga? Unless you know something I don’t know.

What’s up with PVI they seem to be fading since when Bob Waters stepped down.

SJC stays number one until proven otherwise. STA is ranked too high. 4-8 could all beat each other any given week.

For sure. They will 100% bring in mid year transfers. That roster changes drastically from the fall to the spring. Usually a handful of one semester kids from Annapolis. Those kids head back to Huntingtown and Brodeneck after the spring season. Standard operating for St. John’s lacrosse.

I agree with you that Prep is a better school than Gonzaga from an academic and college matriculation standpoint - Hard to deny Prep's physical plant which rivals better than most D3 facilities.

But Prep is changing and is falling into the independent school trap of catering to the "PC crowd"

I know a lot of alums who aren't happy in the direction in which Prep is headed and very well will opt to send their sons to Gonzaga or even SJC.

Absolute hilarious statement that some families are finding Prep too woke these days and will move to Gonzaga. The trolls…

What a clown. Drop ONE mid-year lacrosse transfer in the last 4 years or STFU.

Pathetic if they operate like this. It’s not sustainable in the long term either.

Didn’t they bring in a transfer from Taft?

Taft? Idiots

It is pathetic. The boys lacrosse program doesn’t develop their players. They get transfers every year and bring in mid year transfers. Don’t buy into the strength and conditioning program. My sons teacher at MD muted that clown.

Haters are out today. Must know your sons team already has an L this coming spring. It’s ok. You picked the wrong school.

They don’t know. Realizing SJC will continue to beat little Billy’s team this coming spring.

Why hasn’t Inside Lacrosse rated any 2024 players yet? Last year the five star ratings started to be released in the spring prior to Junior year. What is going on at IL?

Also, has anyone seen the final IL Boys HS rankings for 2022?
