I think the scandal is that if it is her kid, she was basically trying to self abort full term by how incredibly reckless she was. No one who gave a crap if that baby lived or died would have acted the way she did.

Had her water break, spent several hours giving a speech, and then 20 plus hours trekking back to Alaska to give birth in some dinky hospital without a NICU (passing by other available hospitals that would be better equipped) that has no record of the birth.

+1 that whole thing was insane and was an interesting preview of the amount of bullcrap that some voters would swallow.

I believe it was staged by Will, wife and management team. I think it was clear he was method acting or "in character" like the Williams sisters' dad. The slap was so theatrical.

Yes, I've read about that. Still a lot for a small town family law attorney to get her out of the grips of Scientology, but I'd still like to know more. I really want to know about Nicole. They were together something like 11 years and "infertile" when they adopted those 2 kids who have now disowned her since she freed herself from the church. She broke free and...they both (Tom and Nicole) had 1 and 2 biological kids within a year or so. She seems pretty "normal" and has really flourished, but a) I can't imagine her pain that those kids consider her a "suppressive person" and won't make any contact b) I just want to know about those 11 years. Katie wisened up faster and got her daughter out (in like, a SWAT team attempt to escape), and her daughter is a "suppressive person" who hasn't seen her dad in like 7 years. It's just so bizarre. How old is the kid, I'm assuming around 15 or 16? Is it somewhat healthy or a 24/7 care situation?

13, I think. Maybe 14. There were pictures of him in the news when he caught COVID last year (at the same time Sarah Palin did). Looked healthy/happy.

Because they'd already lost one kid. Not protecting Burke wouldn't bring Jonbenet back, and they would likely lose their other kid.

I'm not saying that I'd do the same thing they did, but I can understand wanting to keep your only remaining child out of the juvenile system for what may have been an accident. Maybe he would've gotten some kind of lenient sentence, but they didn't know that in the moment. I hope they got him whatever help he needed over the years.

I’ve read so much on this case and it was definitely the brother. It seems like it was an accident and their parents were utterly traumatized and made up a story so that he wouldn’t get in trouble. I think they honestly couldn’t conceive of a way of dealing with the murder of their child by their son so they went on total denial and invented a story to tell the media.

I think several experts were comfortable going on record stating jon Benet showed evidence of earlier sexual abuse trauma and that the son had chronic, known behavioral issues as well. I think the wealth and status of the parents in this family offered a veneer of innocence that suggested a functioning, normal family but after reading a lot about the case, it is fair to say that it was a chaotic and psychologically troubled family. If the known intruder theory is correct (and it may be, whoever did it likely knew the house) their circle iseemed to include a variety of troubled, shady people. I am curious about how they functioned before the tragedy, what kind of parents they were behind closed doors (the evidence suggests the mother was reactive, in a stretch of frustration with the children, etc). They looked like the quintessential successful family but they had their pathology and I am curious about what that was exactly.

The son's interview on Dr. Phil and a couple of years ago was really odd. He was grinning the entire time. Something is Definitely off with him. I didn't know he had behavioral issues as a child. Interesting. Dr. Phil seemed to be in a good ol boy club with the dad, and was adamant that the brother was innocent. He even defended the grinning as anxiety.

Ramona Young, from Mindy Kaling’s show Never Have I Ever, is actually around 30 years old. If you Google her age, it will say that she’s an age much younger than that. There is lots of proof of this laying around.
