How long do you give someone to pack their bags?

And have your friend find a good therapist to sort out her self-esteem issues.

It's easier to pack your own bags and leave.

There is a CDC moratorium on evictions right now.

What does the cec have to do with evictions?

We arranged this as soon as I saw her.

This is very helpful, thank you!

Does it matter if he has a mental disorder? This is her hangup. I'm more concerned about her safety if he's inviting random people over.

*DID, Dissociative Identity Disorder, is the disorder, I'm trying to be as transparent as possible so I can give the most helpful information. The drug incident was a whole other personality.

BS. He doesn't have DID. He is just a jackass.

Pack his crap, put it on the curb, change the locks.

I wish I could agree, but it’s why he was in the hospital(went missing, no one could ID him), and why the ended up calling his wife. Doctor diagnosed.
I do think he uses his DID to get away with a lot, and she’s been more than accommodating.

Who TF cares if he has mental issues? Let his WIFE deal with it. Let the man he was sleeping with deal with it.

Kick. Him. Out.

Throw everything from the 2nd floor window.

I like you.

Kick him the F out. If she doesn’t then she is co-dependent. That’s not blaming the victim but just looking at it realistically. She will be vulnerable to being taken advantage again if she doesn’t sort through why she’s with this guy.

I had to read the OP 3 times to sort of decipher what the post is about, but I can't figure this part out.

NP. For those still wondering, OP meant "past cheating," like the offenses were worse than cheating.

I'm sorry I'll give more context. My best friend(early 30s) is in her first serious relationship with a man that has taken her for the ride of a lifetime. Some of the few things he's done she's just disclosed to me, he's married(didn't know), HIV positive (didn't disclose, not using protection), and upon returning back from work found him engaging in intercourse(another man)* with illicit drugs.

She found out the first two when she showed up for him at the hospital, and his wife was there.

She gave him time to move out, get his life together before the third incident occurred.

Now she's reaching out to me for assistance with this slew of information. I've just seen her for the first time since the pandemic a few weeks ago and she has a lot of the physical signs of depression, it makes my heart break inside. I never knew this was going on, he works at a law firm, not a lawyer but a really smart, charismatic guy who had us ALL fooled.

Isn’t that the plot of Trapped in a closet by R Kelly?

It’s crime to intentionally infect someone with a deadly disease without disclosing it to their partners. She can call the cops and have him locked up for that and press charges and throw his stuff out on that same day. She can sue him for millions.

DID YOUR FRIEND TEST POSITIVE FOR HIV?

Did your friend also get a IgG and IgM -RPR blood test for SYPHILIS?

Exactly, How long was your friend with this man who she had unprotected sex with?

I used to live in Florida, they have a high count of HIV I & II positive individuals

Particularly in Florida you must ask your “potential “ sex partner for FRESH STD lab report that includes HIV 1 & 11 , HEP A,B,C, SYPHILIS, HERPES, CT, GC, TRICH
BLOOD & swab test preferably done at the health department

She says no but I’m seeing some signs that could state otherwise (that he also shares in common.)

It could also be the depression though.

They’ve been together for 3-4 years.
