Perfect middle name. Unusable like Pandora for a first name.
What about Constance? |
| A friend named her daughter Tempeste. No matter how it's spelled, I really hate it. |
| Put her in a little teapot costume and the joke is complete. |

| Definitely read a trashy romance novel with this name on a main character in high school. Also wanting to name your kid Stormi without naming her Stormi is so very DCUM "am I UMC" that I really hope this isn't a troll. |
| Tempest is better than Stormi. But it's still a bit negative. How about Fortune? I had a college classmate named Fortune and everyone thought she was super cool. |
| Desiree is better. |
| I do not like it but I could see it working on the right person. I don't have to like it! |
This, any time she is mad (and especially if she's little) someone will make a joke. Don't give your kid a name that makes it embarrassing to be angry, OP. |
i love you. |

I honestly like the name. I think it's unique and strong without being weird, and also works well for an adult. I didn't expect such a strong negative reaction. Everyone has their likes and dislikes, but I honestly think the majority of negative responses are over the top, and trollish, just trying to sound cool, mean girl like behavior, which is fitting since a reason for not using the name was " the other arents on the playground will talk". Middle school mentality.
I also think it's a touch of groupthink and a lack of familiarity. I've looked at several name threads and have seen people freak out about a name but then a year or so later it's one of the most suggested names. Anyway. I still like the name and will likely still use it. |
That was Tempest Storm. |
| I don’t love it. To me it has a slight negative connotation. What middle name would you use? |
Ok well you asked. |
