OP, look for a geriatric social worker. They know different memory care facilities, home health agencies, and the like and can help coordinate care. Can your mom qualify for Medicaid? That opens up other options. But if she has assets you want to be very careful about that--an elder law attorney (NAELA has a directory) may be helpful in putting together a plan so she qualifies for Medicaid eventually.
