Interior painting cost

My entire townhouse is 1500 square feet. I had the lower level, which consists of the living/dining room, kitchen and powder room painted with one accent wall wallpapered, and it cost $2,900.

I plan to have the upper level done next, but I am shopping around for a lower rate. Overall the company did a nice job, but I see imperfections in some areas, and there are light speckles of paint on my floor.

You see imperfections but are looking for an even lower rate? You get what you pay for. A professional paint job does take skill. You do realize that you’ll probably end up with an even worse job if you go with an even lower bidder, right?
