Waiting to Miscarry

OP, I had a partial mole. With a partial mole the baby does develop and you can see a heartbeat. I saw a great one at 7 weeks and came back at 13 weeks to find baby had passed. Had to get a D&C and pathology showed it was a partial mole, which I’d never heard of. If that is your case do come back and I’ll try to answer questions. (Better to start a new post.)

Me again. I also had a blighted ovum. Never saw the baby at my 6-week scan and then miscarried naturally. Totally different experience. Hugs. It’s so hard. My D&C recovery was really easy, thankfully.

It’s OP. Got the D and C. Totally easy. Just light spotting now, but I’m all good. No pain. I’ll definitely post again if pathology turns up anything I need hive mind on. Thx for all the support!

I’m so sorry. Yes, I was in this spot. It took about a week for the weak heartbeat to stop…then I had a D&C.

See if they can test for chromosomal issues as well. I had that done with my d&c (2nd MC).

I actually said I’m not interested in fetal pathology details unless it pertains to my own health, such as a mole or malignant cells found. Not planning on TTC again after this, so there’s no point really.
