I honestly thought Kaylee's* clothing and makeup were distracting, and she clearly did it on purpose because she was trying to distract from the fact that she had NO idea what she was talking about.

*There were so many press secretary's, I can't remember their names, we'll just call them all Kaylee, even Sean Spicer.

Totally agree with this. I don't mind her lipstick shade, but I think she needs to go back to her hairdresser and beg for a consult. Current shade is too much for TV, especially.
