This dress is no bueno. Throw it in the trash. She looks surprised because she is shocked at herself for wearing such an ugly dress in public. This is usually the toilet scrubbing dress not to be seen in the daylight. It looks like something you wear when you stay in, read books, and eat a box of granola bars.

I too was going to bring up Renee. For both Renee and Julia the procedure made them look very different.

Yes. Blepharoplasty definitely makes people with hooded eyelids look different. The most (suspected) obvious cases that I've seen were Kenny Rogers and Axl Rose. I've seen it done by the best plastic surgeons in the country and it will still change the look of those with hooded eyes.

It's this. I don't think she looks bad, but she looks very different and it's jarring.

I agree she looks really surprised and the dress is not flattering. Still, she looks amazing! I think she may be more attractive with maturity.
