No, it is not just not being able to find the back of the net. Only the last place team gave up more goals than PAC did. |
seriously, those people must not realize that they placed two players on Arlington's second team |
I hate to break it to you, but most players improve beyond U9. There are other small clubs that actually field winning teams too. Some of those clubs even manage to send players to top teams of larger clubs |
you're the one with the obsessive username, maybe you can release your rankings |

PAC does focus on development more than other local Clubs. From the beginning--PAC was started because of failures at another local club and while they have had some bad coaches they don't tend to last there. Suli understands the principles of the game and how to teach those principles and the club is small enough to allow a consistent approach club-wide. Start with the basics and build.

As a parent, I am very uncomfortable about people calling out other people’s kids. It’s easy to deduce who they are talking about and an invasion of privacy. If grown @ss adults were talking about kid’s movement amongst clubs and critiquing them ...and I knew who they were...there be some trouble. Just sayin’
Don’t be that douche. |
so let's be honest... all these stud players who are leaving for top teams in arlington and elsewhere... you think when they joined PAC they were just average? come on buddy... those players were talented the day they joined.
I'm sure PAC provided some coaching and teaching the game but they are not miracle workers. Be real. |
Honestly, clubs don't produce elite players, their parents produce them at home and then take them to a club. |
+1, see pulisic’s youth coaches comments. |
Genetics played a huge part. Both parents D-1 athletes . Semi pro athlete and coach. Even the top Arlington team isn't producing the next Pulisic. |
Totally agree. I think what Pac has going for them most clubs dont is they are small enough but have talented coaches that can help kids get better and not get lost in the huge herd numbers at bigger clubs. |
+1 Clubs want you to believe it was all them, but reality is players get to "elite" level only if they're getting individual training outside the club. Not very familiar with the club, but did these kids leave mid-season? If PAC did have the hand in their development as its being made out, you would think they would've shown some loyalty to team and club to finish out the season. From my experience, kids/families that leave mid season are usually unhappy about something. |
Pac as a club wants the players to reach their maximum potential and if its at a higher level than they have at Pac then they help them find a higher level and wish them well. There is never any bitterness or hard feelings. |
