He always ask for a lot if butter to spread on bread, but I still cannot find one that are easy to use which is REAL butter. He loves the one from panera bread, those whipped one, where can I get those?

You can buy whipped butter in a tub in the grocery store. Easier, though, is to simply leave the butter out of the fridge so it is soft. It is fine for a day or two on its own out, or if you want you can keep it in a butter bell in which case it will keep out of the fridge for days. It’s pure fat (like the oils in your cupboard) so it doesn’t spoil like milk.

Op here. I decided to make toast and butter for breakfast for him. He didnt like the butter melted on the toast. At a loss.

Honestly had an old memory come back to me from other comments. I totally had a friend eat bread and butter sandwiches.

I will try that next.

Raw bed and raw butter.

Bread and butter sandwiches are divine. Also, little known secret, peanut butter sandwiches are 100% better with butter added.

I used to eat bread and butter sandwiches as a kid, sometimes with a little bit of jelly (I have a peanut allergy, so no pb&j for me). I was always a super skinny kid, so maybe I just craved the fat...but I still love the taste. Butter on saltines got me through early days of both of my pregnancies.

This thread is cracking me up.
My 4 year old asks for pats of butter all the time. She eats it like cheese. When she asks for toasts she asks for it “with a great deal of butter on it” just like in the Mercy Watson books. I have plenty of things to worry about but this isn’t one of them.

Sometimes I put some raw peanut butter on a piece of raw bread with some raw jelly and then eat some raw carrots and a nice tall glass of raw milk.

Then I slice up some raw apple and get some raw lettuce and raw tomatos and splash some raw olive oil on there with a sprinkling of raw salt. Mmmm

I ate a lot of white bread, butter, and sugar sandwiches as a toddler.

In Australia they eat something called fairy bread that's basically bread, butter, and sprinkles. So your toddler self was just being Australian.

My kid and I put butter on graham crackers for a snack.
