So now this is just the APS forum?

I like this forum a lot and people appreciate the importance of indicating district. Before, every post was assumed to be about Fairfax. It was frustrating and not helpful. This is much better.

And yet the person who has the most data about traffic in this forum and how people use it thought otherwise.

The decision to split Nova wasn't made because of traffic. It was made purely by request -- and was very split.

It was pretty close to unanimous the last time the question was asked. But figures FCPS is throwing a tantrum anyway.

+1. The split could have been avoided if the FCPS people had any kind of manners, but they didn’t so the split had to happen to make the forum useable to non-FCPS posters.

The first 10+ topics are about APS.

Great. I was not in favor of splitting FCPS off.

Then start some more threads about other districts! Easy remedy.

It was unusable in the old format.

We are APS and I asked Jeff at least twice to break out both FCPS and APS into separate forums. If you're in the outer edges of the DCUM target audience (Loudoun, Prince William) the answer is to increase posting and discussions specific to your district. If there isn't much specific to your region it's because there aren't many of your neighbors using this forum.

Exactly. They would come on to every thread, proclaim how things were and argue.
