Same! I think Museum Studies had fewer applicants so they got through them quicker? It’s not DC’s 1st choice, so still waiting…

Thank you, dc is thrilled!

We can only see how many people signed up to audition. There were no call backs for VA, so no way to see the progression of eliminations.

I don’t know but think around 20, depending on year and how many outgoing seniors. This year there are 12 seniors I believe…

But, if helpful, the email did include the following: If you are interested in pursuing another course of artistic expression at Duke Ellington, we still have spaces available in the following departments: Dance, Instrumental Music (oboe, flute, bassoon, tuba, strings), Theatre, and Vocal Music.

I’m so sorry for your DC. This is very helpful info (thanks for sharing) and also depressing since my DC got cut in earlier rounds from one of those disciplines…. Did they suggest applying post lottery?
