How to fire a nanny for personality misfit

ha, they are definitely the problem. couldn't imagine what the caregiver has to deal with and wouldn't be surprised if child likes caregiver more. hence the need to be replaced for "personality".

personality seemed to work just fine for almost two years.

The whole point of this site is to editorialize. Don't like it, don't post. I think it is weird to fire someone after 18 months and not let them try and fix it. Though maybe they would be happy to go, especially with some severance.
