As soon as she send a video delete it. You don't have to delete the whole thread. Once a week, go into your "deleted pictures/videos" folder and empty it.

Make sure your storage settings are set to auto-delete text messages that are older than 3 months. That helps enormously.

There is no nice way to say "stop sending videos of your child". You can be mean about it, but you will alienate this family member.

You can mute the conversation too, so that you don't hear text pings etc. This saved my sanity with my husband's family who is always texting random things. I look at my phone enough that I don't need the alert on the big group chats where it can go 40 messages before I see it.
