Husband wants to keep nursery a guest room

If you don't set up a nursery nicely in advance it will never get done. I'm sure many on here will disagree with me, but honestly, I'd just pull rank as "pregnant lady birthing child, breastfeeding child, and in general most affected by its birth" and give my husband one more chance to discuss then say nothing more and hire someone to move all the furniture for me (assuming i couldn't do it on my own with the strength of sheer spite) closer to time
