He didn't want to go to the mansion in the Hamptons because school and his friends were in the city. I come from old money and my mother only has one place in NYC, and then two apartments in two other cities.

I just want to say that I am so mad that Blake got the career that she has after this show and Leighton Meester did not get the same. Blake is beautiful but Leighton acted circles around every single person on that show. She made the character! She’s married and has two kids with Seth Cohen so maybe she’s right where she wants to be but damn she deserved Blake’s career!

Fun fact- I lived in the apartment next door to where they filmed Serenas apartment lobby. I never saw them filming though...

Does it bother anyone else that all the characters just stopped going to college classes and they dropped all college story lines? Why not just jump forward a few years?

What is Blake’s career? She’s not even a great actress. She’s just very pretty and dresses well on red carpets. Classic it for to me.
