As a senator, Hogan has Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore. Mfume easily won Cummings’s seat but Klacik gave him got 27% of the vote. As the extremes of defunding the police continue to divide Baltimore and the power if they shrinking black minority dwindles, Baltimore will like Hogan even more. MoCo May be less important to Hogan

Lose-lose. I was all for Hogan as a moderate Republican, and I'm a Democrat. No more. He won't win without moderate Dems voting for him. After Trump gets dumped, the nation won't vote for another mean spirited name caller like Hogan -- anyone who supported Trump won't like Hogan for all the (hot air) negative comments he made about him, and people who disliked Trump won't like Hogan because he didn't bother voting against him. Hogan is very popular but I don't think he deserves it. Poor leadership on Covid. Purple Line is a disaster. He is more Trumpian than people think. He is just much smarter and know how to target his divisiveness.
