BS. My wife certainly doesn't need my permission to do such a thing, but not discussing it with me first or soliciting my opinion is very wrong. Same if I wanted my dick pierced. My wife knows, those TTs belong to me. She wouldn't dare not consult me on such a thing. If I wanted them pierced, I'd take her there myself and pay for it. For OP's wife to do this without his k ow ledge is very wrong.

This is odd. I wouldn't assume cheating, but I would start taking mental note of other odd/impulsive behaviors. I think manic/depressive disorder is more likely than cheating.

I agree. A spouse/partner does not have ultimate approval over what one does with one's body but a piercing like this should have been discussed first. Whether it was truly spontaneous or not, I'd consider it a harbinger of something bigger. Who does this without talking about it first?
