I find it very strange that no one is talking about this. It was news for 2 days and now, nothing. Usually TMZ, ET, would be all over this as well as the blind sites. I'd like to think she realized she was on Two and a half Addicts and was sick of it, but I doubt it. I hate this show; it even makes me dislike Jamie Presly. As for Kirsten, she seems to play the loud spitting character in everything she's in. This show is almost as bad as two broke girls. Nasty, one-note jokes, loud unappealing characters, yuk.

Who knows. She did it for 7 years so has those residuals for years. Chris Pratt is doing insanely well so I imagine she gets great child support/alimony deal and doesn't have to worry about money ever again, plus she has her podcast.

7 years is a long run. It doesn’t seem all that shocking to me that my she’d be ready for a change.

Yeah you guys are just too cool for the room. You've never seen a show on network tv that is also in heavily syndicated reruns on multiple cable channels and a top show on Hulu.

I thought it was pretty funny in some of the early to mid years. They realized quickly the kids were awful so focused on anna, allison and the woman from dharma and greg, all of whom are fabulous comedians. I feel like it jumped the shark when it added the woman from third rock, who just seemed awkward in this show. I also felt like jaime’s character was not great and grating. I’m surprised allison wasnt the one to jump. I agree quitting mid contract is weird and suggests less that she was sick of it and more that she’s having some sort of health difficulties or had a big spat with Lorre.

This. Obviously something happened. Actresses who want to continue to work in Hollywood don't announce they're not coming back to the TV show they headline mid-contract at one week's notice. There are a lot of addiction rumors buzzing.

also when Diane left Cheers, it died. Maybe a slower death than most but definitely a death.

She was more famous and way hotter than Pratt. She encouraged him to work on himself, get fit, etc in order to get better roles and build his career. He got fit, got hot, then dropped her for a younger woman who he quickly impregnated and married.

Give Anna a break. She’s had to endure being dumped and left with a very young child while watching the media celebrate his career and new family. It’s impressive that she hasn’t gone bananas.
