I don't think it has to be 4+ syllables, but I'd aim for at least 2. Lots of good ideas in this thread, but I would not use Anne, Lynn, Lee, or Leigh.

All of those sound nice. I like Christina as a middle name because it seems more unexpected.

Not that it's likely an issue, but middle names that start with an A or E, give initials GAL or GEL.
