How are you supporting your teen if an only child / singleton?

Yeah. My cousin and her family didn't leave their condo for over 2 months. The kids never went outside, except to occasionally go on the balcony. She was too afraid to go through the halls or the elevator. It's not OK healthy for the kids. She was messing with their mental health b/c of her anxiety. The youngest is now showing that's she has unhealthy fears, as well. Her mom definitely impacted her.
