This is really bad, right? (husband behavior)

Disgusting, rude, immature and low class. I would take my son and our meals and go to different room (after telling him all of the afore mentioned). But I wouldn’t have married a loser like this.

You husband is a jerk.
Your son is awesome.
I have two daughters who are available to date your son.
Please encourage his kind behavior.
Kindness matters.

That's terrible! Peas are easy to pick out with a fork. WTF?

It's only June but I award you the dumbest post of the year award.

So pick them out of the casserole. Your DH sounds like a loser and 5 years old. This behavior can’t be new though so why do you allow it?
Anonymous
Just bad manners and ungracious.

Simply gross and completely disrespectful of your son. Why did you marry a pig?

Hahaha!

Sorry the visual I got is hilarious. My husband would probably do the same thing. It’s ridiculous but whatever.

It's especially bad because it discourages your teenage son from cooking.

My husband hates peas too. He would have tried a bit, complimented and thanked our child for making a meal, and explained that he doesn't like peas and ask our son to make a separate batch without peas the next time he makes it. He then would have made a sandwich or soup and sit to eat with the rest of the family.

Yup. I don’t like peas but they are super easy to find and remove.

Incredibly immature and rude.

Incredibly rude and I'd acknowledge that with your child, not DH unless you think that would go well.

That is an a-hole move as well though. Unless you are allergic, you eat it and say thanks. Good lord.

And OP's husband is an ass. Feel bad for her and for her son.

He thinks this is fine since he doesn't like peas.

He’s a jerk...
