I guess I'll do yesterday:

Breakfast - coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch - small portion of mac and cheese, peas, sriracha
Dinner - BLT with homemade sourdough, roasted carrots, waffle-iron hash brown (quarter of a waffle shape)
Snacks/Drinks - some sour patch kids, half a diet dr. pepper, several sparkling waters

I didn't eat a lot yesterday, I guess. My stomach was off in the evening.

Today I'll probably eat:

Breakfast - coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch - sourdough with butter or cheese, fruit
Dinner - fajitas (bean, chicken, veggies) with salsa and homemade guacamole
Snacks/Drinks/Dessert - Lots of sparking water, probably some ice cream and wine in the evening, sometimes I eat an orange or an individual bag of chips for a snack

I get hangry

Good luck...

Don’t be so smug.

DP, when I was younger, I used to be able to go long stretches without food but after an stomach ulcer and ulcerative colitis, my stomach can’t tolerate it anymore. An apple, a cheese stick, or a small amount of almonds does the trick.

I agree! Ironically, I ended up losing about 20 pounds last year once I started eating more regularly - which included an AM and PM snack! Stopped the hungry bingeing.
